EXECUTIVE SEARCH

Executive search, also known as headhunting, is a specialised form of recruitment in which we, as an executive search firm, are asked by a company to find and recruit highly skilled, senior-level candidates for specific positions. These positions typically include executive and leadership roles such as CEO, CFO, CTO, and other top-level positions.

The executive search process typically involves working closely with the hiring company to develop a thorough understanding of the job requirements, company culture, and other relevant factors. We then utilise our networks and resources to identify potential candidates who may be a good fit for the position.

We approach these potential candidates directly and confidentially, providing them with information about the job opportunity and assessing their interest and suitability for the position. We then provide the hiring company with a shortlist of highly qualified candidates for further consideration.

Executive search is often used for highly specialised or senior-level positions where the pool of qualified candidates is limited, and traditional recruitment methods may not be sufficient. The goal of executive search is to identify and recruit the best possible candidate for the position, taking into account both their qualifications and their fit with the company culture and values.
